Early morning at Whiteface Mountain Ski Area in February 2023 (photo courtesy Whiteface)On Saturday, February 11, 2023, around 2:40 pm, New York State Police responded to Whiteface Mountain Ski Area on State Route 86, in the town of Wilmington, Essex County, for a report of an injured skier.

Ausable Watershed Live Stream Cameras Being Installed

Whiteface Highway provided by AsRAThe Ausable River Association (AsRA) and the Town of Wilmington are collaborating on winter road conditions cameras. The cameras will offer live streams of road conditions and can be viewed by town employees, residents, and visitors of the Ausable River watershed. Snowmaking Has Begun At Whiteface Mountain
