The Old Stone Fort Museum is set to host a lecture on the long battle for Women’s Suffrage, led by Glens Fall’s Chapman Historical Museum Educator and Celebrating Suffrage in Greater Glens Falls member Kim Harvish, on Thursday, July 25th, at 7 pm.

The Old Stone Fort Museum in Schoharie is set to host a lecture and program on the private collections of Schoharie County Attorney Michael West, on Thursday, June 20th at 7 pm.
Historian Jeff O’Connor of Turning Point 1777 is set to present “The Restless Palatines of Schoharie Valley” at the Old Stone Fort Museum on Saturday, June 1 at 1 pm.
The Old Stone Fort Museum Complex, in collaboration with local chapters of the Sons of the Union Veterans of the Civil War and the American Legion, has announced the return of their Decoration Day ceremony, set for Thursday, May 30th at 6 pm. This event will also be highlighted by performances by the Schoharie Valley Singers and Uncle Billy’s Balladeers.
The Old Stone Fort Museum’s 130th Anniversary and Opening Weekend Celebration has been set for Saturday, May 4, with a full day of living history programs, a special ribbon cutting ceremony and birthday cake. 
The Annual Schoharie County Historical Society Spring Program Meeting has been set for Sunday, April 28 at 2 pm at the Old Stone Fort Museum, located at 145 Fort Road in Schoharie. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
The 2019 Lecture Series at the Old Stone Fort Museum is set to continue on Wednesday, April 10 at 7 pm with a look back on the history and popularity of Schoharie’s Famous Easter Egg Exhibit, with Joe and Berna Heyman.
The Old Stone Fort Museum Complex winter lecture series is set to begin on Saturday, February 16th at 1 pm, with a lecture on the Siberian Husky and its role in history.
The Old Stone Fort Museum has announced a Genealogy Workshop Series, focused on tracking couples and families using clerical and civil records of marriages, marriage licenses, marriage bonds and more, is set to begin on Thursday, February 14th at 7 pm.
The Schoharie County Historical Society is set to host a conservation lecture and workshop led by furniture conservator David Bayne on Saturday, October 20th. The program will take place at 1 pm in the Badgley Museum Annex at the Old Stone Fort Museum Complex.
