At about 12:30 pm, Ranger Jason Scott located the body of a 78-year-old from Indian Lake who apparently fell out of their canoe while paddling the Flow.
The subject was turned over to the Hamilton County Coroner. Bureau of Environmental Crimes Investigator Panipinto is leading the investigation.
Cedar River Flow is a remote 640-acre shallow lake about 14 miles from Indian Lake or 23 miles from Inlet, created by the Wakely Dam on the Cedar River. A number of campsites are accessible on the lake accessed by a backcountry road or by canoe.
