Woodstock Historical Holiday Market Fair Starts December 3rd

Historical Society of Woodstock Holiday Market FairThe Historical Society of Woodstock (HSW) will hold its annual Holiday Market Fair on December 3rd, 4th, 10th and 11th at 20 Comeau Drive in Woodstock, Ulster County, NY. The sale will be open each Saturday and Sunday from 9 am to 3 pm.

HSW’s exhibition space will be transformed into a Holiday Fair reminiscent of earlier times including the lovely work of local artists, potters, weavers, jewelry makers – all on sale. Also on sale: homemade jams, maple syrup and baked goods. Local vendors from last year will be returning with some new additions.

Visitors will also find holiday gift cards, ornaments, and wreaths. Author John Barry will be along on Saturday, December 3rd from 1 to 3 pm to sign copies of his book, Levon Helm: Rock * Roll * Ramble, with an introduction by Ringo Starr. On Saturday, December 10th from 1 to 3 pm, local historians Janine Fallon-Mower and Richard Heppner will join the Market Fair to sign copies of their books including Legendary Locals of Woodstock, One Marine’s Story, and Woodstock’s Infamous Murder Trial – Early Racial Injustice in Upstate New York.
