The Warren County Youth Fair, hosted by the hosted by the 4-H Youth Development Program and Cooperative Extension, has been set for Saturday, August 6th from 9 am to 1 pm on the grounds of the Cornell Cooperative Extension offices and training center in Warrensburg.
The Warren County Youth Fair is free and open to the public, and will include Gaga Ball, 4-Square, a dime toss, pie eating and bubble gum blowing contests, and a display of 4-H project exhibits by youth. The program will also include seed starting with the Master Gardener, a bottle drive, wool spinning demonstrations, the 4-H Energy Bike, and displays by other community organizations.
4-H is the largest youth development organization in the United States empowering over 6 million young people to “learn by doing.” The program is open to any youth ages 5 to 19 years old with opportunities to learn through clubs, after school and school enrichment programs and through the variety of programs offered by the Cornell Extension offices.
