Summer in Historic Richmond Town Begins May 25th

historic richmond townThe Historic Richmond Town’s Main Village site comes alive with the sights, sounds, tastes, and smells of New York City’s past with the opening of the annual Open Village season on Wednesday, May 25th.

Historic Richmond Town is an authentic town and farm museum complex in the neighborhood of Richmondtown on Staten Island.

From May 25th through October 2nd, Wednesday-Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm, visitors can watch skilled artisans as they practice their trade, tour the restored interiors of period homes, take part in civic life, and explore functioning open hearth kitchens.

General admission tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for kids 6+, 5 and under are free and include access to the Visitor Center, Open Village and the Historical Museum. Guided tours are available by advanced reservation only. Open structures vary daily. For more information, email info@historicrichmondtown.org or click here.
