71st Annual Central Adirondack Art Show in Old Forge

“On Moose River” by Jay CostanzaView, the Center for Arts and Culture in Old Forge, NY will host an opening reception for the 71st Annual Central Adirondack Art Show, Mountain Air Painters: Creating Together “En Plein Air,” and solo exhibits by Diane Bellenger and Award’s Judge, Ann Larsen on April 22nd, from 4 to 7 pm.

A special preview for View Members & Exhibiting Artists will start at 4 pm, and then will open to the general public from 5 to 7 pm. The opening reception is free for everyone and will include hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar and live piano by Town of Webb UFSD Vocal Teacher, Andrew Liu. Liu will be accepting donations that will go to the Town of Webb UFSD’s Drama Club.

The Central Adirondack Art Show is a long-standing Old Forge tradition showcasing some of the finest artists throughout the Central Adirondack Region and beyond. The Show is open to current artists ages 16 and up who are either members of View or reside within 200 miles of Old Forge, New York. The exhibit will run through June 5th.

View is open 10 am to 4 pm, Monday through Saturday. Gallery Admission is free for View members and $10 for guests. For further questions or more information, visit View’s website or call (315) 369-6411.
