The 67th Annual Meeting of the League of Local Historical Societies & Museums (LLHSM) is set for Saturday, October 30th, at the Vermont History Museum in Montpelier, Vermont from 8:45 am to 3 pm.
Vermont’s story is shared, celebrated, and preserved by the over 190 local historical societies and museums found in the state, providing a sense of place and help define Vermont’s unique identity. The League of Local Historical Societies & Museums 67th annual meeting will focus on the different ways to accomplish these objectives, especially in times of uncertainty and change.
The exhibit “Lively & Local: Historical Societies in Vermont,” exploring the work of local historical societies & museums through images and stories curated by a select group of participants from around the state will be on display at the Vermont History Museum.
Registration is required, and is $10 for Vermont Historical Society Members, $25 for non-members. For more information including a full schedule, or to register visit the Vermont Historical Society website.
