Tupper Lake Dog Event, Microchipping, Fundraiser Set for Sunday

ADK Bark in the Park FlyerADK Bark in the Park, a new event in Tupper Lake, NY, will feature a low-cost microchipping clinic, pet walk and dog-friendly ice cream social on Sunday, August 22nd.

The event is a fund-raiser for the Tri-Lakes Humane Society, a no-kill shelter in Saranac Lake. The pet walk will begin at 11:30 am, followed by the ice cream social. Microchipping will be provided by Dr. Cecilia Scranton of Lakeside Veterinary Clinic in Tupper Lake, and will be available from noon to 2 pm or until supplies run out.

Pre-registration can be completed online for $25 on the Tri-Lakes Humane Society website. On-site registration will be $30 beginning at 11 am at Demars Park in Tupper Lake. Those interested only in microchipping can pay $10 per pet.
