Cornell Cooperative Extension has announced a series of three free webinars on wild edibles, set for three consecutive Tuesdays in June: June 8th, 15th, and 22nd.
The webinars, instructed by educators Pat Banker, John Bowe, and MB (Marybeth) Mitcham will look at identifying wild edibles, what parts of the plants are safely edible, when they should be harvested, and how they can be prepared.
The webinars will be held from 7 to 8 pm on each day, and are free and open to the public. Pre-registration is required, and can be completed online. For further information about wild edibles classes contact Cornell Cooperative Extension of Warren County at (518) 623-3291, or email MB at email@example.com.
