The Old Stone Fort Museum and the Schoharie County Historical Society have announced a virtual talk with local author and historical society member Peter Lindemann, set for Thursday, February 25th.
From 7 to 8 pm, Lindemann will read “They May Have Found James Tanners Legs” and other history stories from his forthcoming book, as well as explaining chunking, self-publishing and the joys of becoming “the book guy,” live via Zoom.
In addition to his work with the historical society, Mr. Lindemann is a proofreader/historian for the Times Journal. Other of his published works include A Crooked Gun: The Civil War Dead of Schoharie County and Rambles in Schoharie County. He also hosts a local history group which meets weekly via Zoom.
