Hudson Valley Restaurant Week has been set for May 10th through May 23rd, allowing restaurants and diners to take advantage of the warm Spring weather and the option of outdoor dining.
Restaurant registration for The Valley Table’s Spring 2021 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week (HVRW) is currently open. Restaurants that sign up by February 26th will benefit from a full schedule of advertising and promotional outreach, along with inclusion in The Valley Table’s Spring issue – always a widely read issue with its coverage of all that HVRW has to offer.
Local restaurants spanning more than 115 miles in eight counties including Columbia, Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester will offer specially priced pre-fixe lunch ($25.95) and dinner ($35.95) menus throughout the two-week event. Restaurants will be offering pre-fixe menus and their restaurant menus for both dine-in or take-out meals.
During previous restaurant weeks, nearly 250 participating restaurants served an estimated 250,000 patrons and reported an average 25% increase in business, collectively generating an estimated economic impact of $10.2 million in sales revenue. Participating in the Spring 2021 Hudson Valley Restaurant Week can help restaurants showcase their menus and what they are doing to help guests feel safe and comfortable, including outdoor dining.
