The Utica/Oneida County Branch NAACP and the Oneida County History Center are set to celebrate Black History Month with a virtual program, “The Black Family: Representation, Identity, and Diversity. ” The program provides a rich tapestry of images for exploring the African American past and present.
The event takes place on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at 1 pm, and is free and open to the public.
