Warren County Farms Highlighted in Video Series

September 14, 2020 by Editorial Staff Leave a Comment

buy local logoWarren County is home to 117 agricultural businesses ranging from vegetable and fruit farms, to livestock farms, and non-traditional farms such as maple production and Christmas tree farms.

In an effort to showcase these farms Cornell Cooperative Extension’s program educators, Jessica Holms, Annie Mills, and John Bowe have teamed up to create a series of video showcases.

The first farm is Cobble Creek Farm which began its operation in North Creek on the Upper Hudson River. Paul Allison owner and operator of this farm created a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) business because of his love of being outdoors and the pride of growing healthy products for his community.

This video will be showcased on Cornell Cooperative Extension website and on their social media platforms. Local farms can be recommended for a showcase by calling Jessica Holms at (518) 623-3291.
