August 12, 2020 by Editorial Staff Leave a Comment

Werifesteria Modus provided by Crua OutdoorsOriginally planned as a weekend-long in-person gathering at Paul Smith’s College, Werifesteria 2020 has been shifted to a worldwide virtual camping event, set for September 4-6.

Participants are encouraged to go camping in their backyard or a local camping spot. Those who share images and video from their experience on the event Facebook page will be entered into a drawing to win a Grand Prize Werifesteria 2021 VIP Experience at Paul Smith’s College among other Crua Outdoors prizes.

A team from Crua Outdoors will be camping at Paul Smith’s College during the weekend and will post live hiking, paddling and cycling content from the 14,000-acre Paul Smith’s campus.

Proceeds from the event will benefit the Paul Smith’s College Climate Fellowship program, which provides funds to students who design personal expeditions and collect climate stories from across the world.

For more information, or to register, click here. Registrants will receive by mail a specialized Werifesteria edition bandana from Crua Outdoors, a discount coupon to the Crua Outdoors online store, a commemorative edition of Adirondack Life Magazine and a sticker from Bike Adirondacks.
