Jam, Pickles, Dilly Beans & Salsa Party Webinars

Adirondack Farm Produce by Shannon HoulihanCornell Cooperative Extension of Warren County has announced a series of cooking webinars, focused on making refrigerator salsa, jam, pickles, and dilly beans.

Participants will be able to use their own ingredients and receive step by step instructions from CCE nutrition and healthy living educator MB Mitcham.

This first webinar will feature salsa fresca instructions and a salsa party on August 6th. The next webinar on August 13th will focus on refrigerator dill pickles. The April 20th webinar will look at refrigerator jam. The final webinar on August 27th will feature dilly beans.

Webinars will be held on Thursdays, at 1 pm, and are free of charge. Pre-registration is required, and each participant will need to email MB at mem467@cornell.edu for a list of ingredients for each recipe.
