Fall Aviation Program For Kids Features History

Reach for the Sky Program for KidsThe Empire State Aerosciences Museum has announced three Fall Aviation Classes for kids have been set for September and October 2018.

“Reach for the Sky” consists of three consecutive Saturday classes will present the history of aviation from the Wright Brothers to the Space Era.

Attendees can learn about what real pilots do on the ground and in the air, how airplanes fly, what a flight simulator is, take a guided tour and learn about the 20+ airplanes in the airpark, and climb in some legendary fighter and attack aircraft cockpits.

Ages 8-12 years old will be held from September 8, 15, 22, 2018 from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

Ages 13-16 years old will be held from October 13, 20, 27, 2018 from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm.

The Empire State Aerosciences Museum is located at 250 Rudy Chase Drive in Glenville.
