Historian Alex Prizgintas will discuss the difficulties and challenges in building Harriman’s mountaintop estate called Arden House and the construction of the almost forgotten incline railroad that ushered many workers and materials up to the site.
The Tuxedo Historical Society is located at 7 Hospital Rd., Tuxedo Park, NY. Space is limited. For more information or to register, visit the Tuxedo Historical Society’s website, email tuxedohistory@gmail.com or call (845) 351-2926.
